1)Pictures of yourself with a person of the opposite sex in close proximity. In fact, any pictures of the opposite gender.
2)Poses that are not suitable to be shown to an ustadz, is not suitable to be posted. Period.
3)A close up of you in your best smile and pose. Trying to hard to be cute! hellooo....

Ramadhan
|

|
I want to spend my Ramadhan at home! Let me start with the food- ayam percik, cendol, cincau, popia basah, tepung pelita, onde-onde, bubur cha-cha, ayam bakar, terubuk bakar, keropok lekor and so on. The moments- spending 6pm to maghrib practically harassing my parents, watching the telly with all the ramadhan shows, cooking with mummy giving instructions, stealing the eid cookies from the cupboard, making special punch, taking out the best china, joking with my siblings, calling grandma at kampung to chat, putting up with daddy’s hungry tempers, praying tarawikh with siblings and….. The bliss- having other people tell me what to do and not having to decide stuff on my own, having a car to geta round, having loads of activities and programs around that I need not make up my own, having family that allows me to act however I want without havint to constantly look over my shoulder and evaluate my actions….
Thus today 1 Ramadhan, I vow to make my stint away from home worth it. It must mean enough that it makes up for missing everything at home. It has to be of a greater value then what I would achieve in a Malaysian education system. No time must be wasted whatsoever because time here is a sacrifice. Giving up watching my siblings grow up and my parents grow old and my relatives giving birth and getting on with their lives etc just for a UK education. It must be worth it.
Oh Allah, with you as my witness I promise that I will make these few years worth a lot more then everything I have just given up. Oh Allah, with You as my Helper, Cherisher and Sustainer, please assist me and guide me. And mostly, bless me.

today is sunday. i wake up late from sleep. problem free as always. i watch tv while waiting for parents. mummy and daddy have just gotten home from pasar tani, asyraf is eating yong tau foo. check out the cendol drinks on the table. gee is at hospital. nadirah is at matrix. i just sent shaks to tuition. i am at home. daddy is at his computer. i love sundays at home...
(obviously i am lying. and homesick. critically.)

Selamat mengganti/puasa enam la.. otherwise, can't wait to taste your latest cheesecake creations. Trust me, when you get back next year, you've gonna get the bullied <grins> miss ya doink. Don't worry, kiki and the gang didn't get that much duit raya pun hehehehe
